A Morning At The Pumpkin Patch

This morning we set out to discover Willow Creek Orchards. It has a little market and a variety of "pick your own" fruits and veggies. They also had "pick your own pumpkin". It was great for little kids because the pumpkins are not on the vine. They are just laying all over in a field. The boys thought it was great. Dylan kept saying "look at all the pumpkins" in a voice of excitement and wonder. Ethan had fun touching the pumpkins. I think he was trying to touch every one there.

We also picked some carrots while we were there. Dylan was very excited to discover that carrots come from the ground!

We had a great day. Here are some pictures of the kiddos enjoying the pumpkins.

Dylan and Ethan looking for that perfect pumpkin. Is this one it?

You can't tell but Dylan broke the top off and wanted mommy to fix it.
I do wish that mommy's could fix everything.

Ethan trying to roll the pumpkin
Ethan trying to pick up the pumpkin.
Blissful ignorance. Ethan, these pumpkins weigh more than you :)

We had so much fun today. I am sure that we will be coming back here very soon!
